Pets on the Net is a family run business offering a wide range
of pet products for all your pets needs straight to your door.
Whether you require something for your pet hamster, large alsation
or pet mouse, we believe that there is something for everyone.
With our easy search facility, clear pictures, secure online
web ordering, you can order at your leisure, knowing your orders
will be with you within a matter of days. Of course, if there
is something you can't find on our website, please call us, as
we can usually get it !

| Delivery
Information |

We aim to get goods to you within 3-4 working days
of receipt of order. Postage and packaging is £2.95 for items
up to 1.5kg. Items over 1.5kg will be sent by courier with prices
starting from £5.95, depending on the weight of the order.
Orders over £50.00 weighing (less than 20kg) are sent Free
of Charge carriage.

| Returns
Policy / Change of Mind |

You are entitled to change your mind or cancel your order within
7 days of receiving your goods if you are not happy with any of
the items. If this is the case, you need to notify us straight away
in writing or by email. Goods need to be returned in the same condition
as received. Postage costs for returning the goods is the responsibility
of the purchaser (unless of course the goods are faulty)
Pets on the Net will refund the purchase price of goods on receipt
of returned goods, subject to goods being received in a re-saleable
condition and in the original packaging.

| If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please
let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Any goods found to be damaged
will be replaced forthwith. We would ask you to return the goods to
us and we will reimburse any postal costs incurred in returning faulty
goods. |

| Customer information taken at the time of ordering
will be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
However, if you do not indicate you wish to subscribe to our Mailing
List and do not want to receive our periodic Newsletter, then we will
not contact you unless it is regarding a query with an order you have
placed with us. You can unsubscribe via our website if at at any time
you decide you would rather not receive such information. |
